Here are the latest Ribbon Partner Program Updates for Q4 2022.

1. Double Growth Rewards in Q4 2022

Gold and Silver Partners selected for the Ribbon 2022 Growth Rewards Program are now invited to sign-up for double the Growth Rewards earning rate for orders booked from October 1st 2022. The 2022 Growth Rewards Program is by invitation only, subject to Partner business plan sales forecast commitment.

2. Dun and Bradstreet™ Customer Search Engine

As of 1 November 2022, an enhancement of the Ribbon Partner Community New Quote page is coming through the form of a new search engine from Dunn and Bradstreet™ global corporate database. This function will be useful for searching for the end customer for whom the quotation is intended for.

The purpose of this new feature is to improve efficiency on the search function and easily find customer identify, enabling Ribbon to process and deliver orders that the partners make for those customers with increased efficiency and timeliness.

With this addition, identifying the end customer during the quote process and creating new accounts on the Ribbon CRM system has never been easier. End customers that have a history of doing business with Ribbon will be highlighted to aid end customer identification.

A new “How to Quote” Guide has been updated with a description of the End Customer Search process and is available on the Ribbon Partner Portal. A demo webinar is scheduled for Wednesday, 19th November.

3. SBC 1000/2000 “Give Your SBC a Boost” Promotion Automation

With the popularity of the SBC1000/2000 “Give Your SBC a Boost” promotion and the expected customer demand to upgrade by the Dec 31 2022 deadline, discounts have been automatically added to quotes for upgrades that are eligible for the Trade-In units offer.


Partners are reminded of the support requirements for new units and can provide quotations including promotional discounts without reference to Ribbon sales representatives. Please note that this is only possible for quotes which are specified as Quote Type = “Trade-In”.

4. New Network Planner™ Version 5.2 available

Network Planner™ for Partners is now updated to version 5.2 as a cost-free Partner Program benefit available to all IPWave Partners in Silver tier and above. Network Planner incorporates new Ribbon IPWave Product features and offers enhanced capabilities for real-time management and sharing projects with other platforms.
